Everything’s Bigger in Texas

Including Skinny, the cat.

Maybe you heard about Skinny in the news a few weeks ago. She’s a 41 pound stray who needs a home in Richardson, Texas.

Every cat deserves to live in luxury with a cozy fleece bed and crystal food dishes.

Okay, fine.

You’re right. We don’t really need those things, but we do deserve a warm lap belonging to someone who cares about us.

My alter ego, Snickers, was a shelter cat. So I know firstpaw how it feels to go from abandoned to loved. I hope Skinny and all the other needy cats out there find a special home because all of our stories deserve a happy ending.

Have you hugged your cat today?
